Reservation, Returns, and Refund Policy


From the bottom of our hearts, from a full time stay-at-home Father and full time small business owner to you, Thank You for supporting AstroBrew on this incredible journey.  

We are incredibly grateful for your support in bringing AstroBrew to life through pre-orders. As a startup, we operate on a tight, demand-driven model. All funds collected are immediately invested into manufacturing and materials once the five day pre-order window closes. 

AstroBrew is being built by a small, dedicated team, and your support directly enables us to bring this product to life. We are deeply grateful to have you with us.


 

1. Risk-Free Reservation

AstroBrew is currently in production.


If we do not ship your order within our stated delivery window, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.

 

2. Reservation Terms

By placing a reservation, you acknowledge:

  • Your order secures a unit from a limited production run
  • Payment is collected at the time of reservation
  • Your unit will be manufactured, assembled, and fulfilled after the reservation window closes
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing or supply chain factors

3. Reservation Policy

Because each AstroBrew unit is allocated to a production run, reservations are generally non-refundable once placed.

However, your order is protected by our delivery guarantee above.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee (After Delivery)

We stand behind AstroBrew

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

 

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@astro-brew.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video documenting the defect or damage

At our discretion, we may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent item

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Offer store credit

We will make itn right by repairing, replacing, or refunding the product as appropriate.

 

6. Warranty Coverage

Reserved products are be covered by a limited 2 year warranty, which is separate from this return and refund policy. Please refer to the product warranty documentation for full terms, coverage limitations, and claim procedures.

 

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are here to help.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and impact warranty eligibility.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation, loss of warranty coverage, and account restrictions.

 

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
